Whisky of the Week – Bruichladdich Islay Barley

Keeping it local is the trend these days, and Bruichladdich is right on point with their Islay Barley. The barley is harvested from local Rockside Farm and then distilled to make this distinctive, UNPEATED (yes, that’s unpeated), single malt whisky. It’s smooth and bold with a touch of sea salt and smokiness in the finish.
